He didn't quite doze off quickly, listening to, and feeling, the two of them breathe. His head still hurt, though in a distant way whether the medicine or getting to forget about it for a while to fool around with them. His stomach was a little upset, maybe from laughing so hard, and he had a couple other minor complaints.

But all in all, he considered as he slid off into sleep, warmed by the blanket and the laps he was sprawled across, he was feeling pretty damn good.
