There's a storm out there, so you must prepare for the freezing rain and snow
The long yard of Scrooge McDuck's Duckburg property was a veritable winter wonderland right now. The garden was mostly dormant, though the greenhouse offered a sanctuary of warmth. The trees, ground, arches, and everything else was covered in a thick blanket of snow, glistened brightly in the early afternoon. Everything was still and quiet, at least until a little bit of snow over toward the sleeping garden plots started to move.
A good-sized patch of it shifted, then broke and slid down in packed chunks. Every now and then a small pair of gloved hands could be seen clearing away the snow, though it was mostly the snow itself moving. At least, that was until most of the Fraggle Hole had been cleared away and Gobo himself, dressed in multiple layersand yet still no pants, with a pompom beanie pulled down past his ears, was able to work himself out to freedom. Getting to his feet, he brushed some snow off the front of his (main) sweater and looked up toward the house to see if anyone else was around outside, before he headed inside.

Though he and Dixie lived in Birchpointe, they still did visit their Duckburg home as often as they could. During this particular visit, there had been a rather heavy snowfall, and Scrooge had enlisted his help to clear the snow from the walkways.
Which he would have done anyway...eventually...but Scrooge using the twins' safety to get him to do it was totally uncalled for.
With a sigh, Bridge lowered the shovel and started pushing snow out of the way. Might as well get started.

But when he heard the sound he glanced back, then smiled and started trudging his way up the yard. Which was easier said than done, but he was still making fair time.
"Bridge! Hey!"

"Hey, Gobo! What's up?"

WHOOP cut off for a moment when he stumbles in a large drift and falls facefirst into the snow with a yelp. Thankfully he surfaces almost immediately, with a comical COLD cringe on his face; he shook himself all over and started the trip again, being a bit more careful this time.
"Like I was saying!" Laughing, and finally reaching the shallower snow near the mansion, he walked over to Bridge. "I don't know if you have any solstice plans, but I wanted to invite you down to Fraggle Rock for the Festival of the Bells. It's kinda like a cousin to your Christmas."

"When is it?"

"December 21st. I think that happens pretty close to Christmas, if I'm remembering what I've been told correctly, but the important part of the festival only lasts the better part of a day, if you've got a time crunch. And I'd really like you to be there!"

"You are free? That's great!"

"'Course, Christmas is too, from what I've seen. You Silly Creatures have a lot of traditions for it."

"Yeah, it is pretty cool. Christmas is one of those things that a lot of people share, while still having their own ways to celebrate."

"From the sound of it, there's all kinds of different winter holidays out there. Personally, I'm all for it. Any reason to celebrate, eh?"

These are things that've happened to other Fraggles, of course.

"So what're you up to right now?"
